This is a centrally located boutique hotel on a small side street just off Rossio square and Restauradores square - both Metro stations, which makes it easy to reach all of Lisbon really easily. Even a taxi ride from Rossio to the Airport was less than € 15 (including surcharge and taxes). The building itself is very old - you need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the reception. There is an elevator from there but it did not work (and even if it did: it is more useful for visitors of the roof top bar than for reaching guest rooms). The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated - each room devoted to a part of town or to one feature of Lisbon - we loved the well-planned shower, the large bed and the large french window in our room. Each day they provide you with a bottle of filtered water. The rooftop bar is one of the best and most popular features of that hotel - they serve breakfast there and it is great to sit there in the afternoon to enjoy the view over Lisbon's town center, the castle and the cathedral. The rooftop terrace seems to be the place where the wifi works best.

This is a very interesting hotel to stay in. It's all about art, so the building itself is quite interesting. I liked how they played around with Lisbon history theme and incorporated older bricks into the modern slick design of the hotel itself. The feeling of art theme around you is definitely a plus! The rooms are surprisingly spacious, usually we have smaller rooms in this kind of hotels. You have all the amenities you might need, the beds are excellent, everything was perfect. I stayed in other hotels in Lisbon too, but this one gets less noise from the streets due to its unique architecture and room structure. The hotel is located in the busy neighborhood, but the very street it's on is quite small and relatively quiet. The roof top restaurant is perfect with its view! Breakfast with Lisbon rooftops is certainly something you need to experience while in the city.

The hotel is in an old renovated building, so the layout is very interesting, which we really liked. The staff was excellent, and were extremely helpful answering all our questions and helping us to maximize our time in Lisbon! The location is perfect! It's right in the middle of everything, with sights, restaurants, attractions, stores, the metro... everything close by! The breakfast was very good, and we loved eating it on the roof. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and pleasant.

Love the location. This is in the older part of Lisbon and the first 22 steps to reception with luggage was a killer! The hotel has lots of charm but is intended for folks who are in good physical shape!! Staff is very helpful and attentive and resolves issues quickly. Breakfast is served on the rooftop-- 60 plus steps but there is a single person elevator on the reception floor. Breakfast offered a variety of food- hot and cold with juices and coffee.

GABRIELE! I was alone with 2 kids and 3 big suitcases and 3 small ones- i almost fainted when I saw the stairs but he heroically helped us carry the heavy load up without a break in his kind smile. The breakfast was AMAZING, plentiful, varied, delicious and they were not strict about closing time, which was so appreciated. We had the family room, it was spacious and beds were like clouds. Honestly i loved this place! Location was awesome.
